Rules for Judging
- Judges with 11:00 am arrival time (1st shift- Chicken/sausage) must check in no later than 11:05 and be in their seats ready to begin by 11:15. NO ONE CAN ENTER JUDGES AREA AFTER 11:05
- Judges with 12:30 am arrival time (2nd shift- Seafood, Lagniappe AND Chicken/Sausage Finals) must check in no later than 12:35 am and be in their seats ready to begin by 12:45. NO ONE CAN ENTER JUDGES AREA AFTER 12:35.
- NO CHILDREN OR GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE JUDGING AREA.
- No outside food or drinks allowed- a variety of drinks and snacks will be provided.
- PARKING- This year there will once again be a tent set up under the pavilion for judges. Judges will be allowed to park at the lower pavilion area. There will be a parking attendant. Give your name to the attendant and you will be allowed in to park. Please park with respect to parking as many as possible in this area.
