What

Teams of Gumbo Gladiators from near and far will battle for victory and bragging rights to the title of Ultimate Gumbo Gladiator! Plus, live music and other delicious Louisiana foods.

When

Saturday, March 29th, 2014

• 6 am Team cooking begins (all cooking must be on site)
• 11 am Gates open to gumbo-loving public, gumbo is served, judging begins
• 12 pm Live music
• 2 pm Ultimate Gumbo Gladiators announced
• 4 pm Party ends

Festival Plaza, 101 Crockett St, Downtown Shreveport

How Much

Attendance is free; gumbo samples available for $1/sample; full servings will also be available for $4/bowl; other food offerings and beverages (beer, soft drinks, water) available for purchase.
